I would differentiate ability to grow with CAPEX vs true spare capacity where you can quickly pump a lot more oil. UAE definitely posed to grow and like Saudi does have a bit of spare capacity today.

You’re making a good point about low Saudi spare capacity. What about the UAE though? Aren’t they always complaining their OPEC quota is too low?
