It is the trick. Why can't we have strict environmental standards that doesn't delay development, as an example.

Combining golf and energy commentary … very creative! It will be interesting to see if a European and UK energy crisis will have any impact on the green energy / climate movement. Never in the history of humanity has a legacy energy source been replaced by a new energy source … the new source has always been additive. “Energy transition” therefore is a misnomer.

Thank you Weston. I do think Europe/UK and Russia-Ukraine is a huge wake up call. And agree. Energy evolution is most likely the better term. The apocalyptic language is the first thing that probably needs to go in order to have a more sensible evolution.

I like that! Energy Evolution. Much better term. Here in the USA we are now being bombarded with commercials from an organization called “science moms” where they play sappy music, show pictures of wildfires and hurricanes, and the voice over says “unless we do something our kids aren’t going to make it.” It is incredible propaganda. And it’s going to cause a lot of pain for society.
